Zinaryex workshops are hands-on and fast-paced. Knowing what to expect from the start means less friction and more useful work on day one.

What participants typically bring to the table
No formal certifications are required. What matters is that you have spent some time working with digital tools — spreadsheets, project trackers, or basic integrations — and you are curious about where the gaps are in your current workflow.
Most participants come from operations, product, or small business backgrounds. Some have tried tools like Zapier or Make on their own. Others are starting from a clear problem they want to solve. Both starting points work.
Comfort with digital tools
You should be able to navigate web apps without guidance. Think: setting up a Notion database or configuring a Google Sheet formula.
Time to actually practice
Plan for roughly 4–6 hours per week. Watching sessions without attempting the exercises produces very little.
A real process to work on
Exercises land better when you apply them to something from your own work. An invoice flow, a client intake, a reporting routine — anything with repeatable steps.
How a typical workshop unfolds
Each session follows a consistent rhythm so you can focus on the material rather than the format.
Concept introduction
A short explanation of one automation idea — trigger logic, data mapping, conditional branching — with a concrete example from a real business context.
Guided exercise
You build something yourself using the provided template or sandbox environment. Instructors review common mistakes in a follow-up thread, not during the session.
Peer review round
You share what you built with two other participants and give structured feedback. This is where most learning actually happens — reading someone else's logic is clarifying.
Practical expectations — honest ones
Workshops are structured to give you a working prototype by the end of each module. Whether that prototype becomes something you actually deploy depends on your context, not on us.
You will not finish everything in one sitting
Modules are designed to be revisited. The exercise files stay accessible so you can return to a step after trying it in your own environment.
Questions go to the community board, not live chat
Instructors respond within 48 hours on weekdays. The board is searchable, so many questions are already answered before you ask.
Tool costs are your responsibility
Some exercises use free tiers of Make or Airtable. If your use case exceeds those limits during the workshop, you will need a paid plan.
